  • Client Experience and CRM Hygiene: Set up automated onboarding, assist with customer service via email/chat, and maintain CRM hygiene while supporting retention and loyalty programs

Digital Marketing & Funnel Expertise: 2.5-5 years of experience running digital campaigns and building workflows in GoHighLevel; must understand funnel logic, domain setup, campaign triggers, and integration audits. Multi-Platform Ad Management: Proven ability to run lead-gen ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube; experience with retargeting logic, A/B testing, and audience segmentation is required. Content Creation & Social Strategy: Ability to turn concepts or voice notes into daily content; must understand platform algorithms, CTAs, and engagement tactics across social platforms. Operations & CRM Support: Proficient in ClickUp, Asana, or Trello; experienced in CRM maintenance (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), inbox/calendar management, and building internal systems through creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations. Tech Stack Fluency: Skilled with platforms like Kajabi, Zapier, ClickFunnels, Teachable, Thinkific, and Circle; must be able to troubleshoot automations, build nurture sequences, and manage access settings. Industry-Aligned Mindset: Deep understanding of tax services, childcare, trucking, or real estate audiences; must align marketing efforts with buyer psychology and urgency-driven lead behavior.

Core responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns (FB, IG, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) for tax resolution, CFO services, and 24K Childcare programs; ensure all campaigns are integrated with GoHighLevel workflows and lead nurturing sequences. Funnel, Course & Community Setup: Build and optimize funnels in GoHighLevel, Kajabi, or ClickFunnels; connect domains, automate nurture sequences, and upload content to platforms like Teachable or Thinkific; manage user access and Circle community setup. Content & Engagement Strategy: Create and schedule conversion-focused content (including voiceover reels and scripted videos) across platforms; manage community engagement in Facebook or Circle groups and enforce repetition frameworks like 4/7/11 to maximize touchpoints. Client & Customer Experience: Set up automated client onboarding sequences, assist with customer service via email/chat, manage CRM (GoHighLevel/HubSpot) hygiene, and support client retention workflows including upsell strategies and loyalty programs. Admin & Project Coordination: Support operations through project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello), inbox/calendar management for the CEO, task coordination, and accurate data entry/reporting across business metrics and KPIs. Strategy & Optimization: Conduct competitor and market research, track marketing and operational KPIs, create dashboards and performance reports, and make informed recommendations to align sales, marketing, and internal systems.
