Core responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or chat. 
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our services and resolve any questions or concerns. 
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments and calls using our scheduling system. 
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient job completion. 
  • Follow up with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any issues promptly. 
  • Document customer feedback and relay important insights to management and operations teams. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
