Experience: 2.5-5 years in a customer service or sales role, preferably in e-commerce or manufacturing. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and phone-based order management. Problem Solving: Ability to handle product inquiries, quotes, and troubleshoot technical issues. Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, sample processing, and freight coordination. Availability: Willingness to work during peak hours from 5 AM to 3 PM PST (US).

Core responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries about orders, product quotes, and technical questions, and make follow-up calls to customers who ordered samples. Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, provide status updates, and process orders via phone or the online store. Sample Management: Ensure samples are processed, labeled correctly, and shipped. Organize sample replenishment in the warehouse. Customer Follow-up: Reach out to customers who received samples to answer questions and assist with finalizing purchases. Technical Assistance: Provide customers with product installation information and troubleshoot any issues regarding brick tile applications. Virtual Meetings: Schedule and conduct virtual sample presentations via video conferencing to showcase products and assist customers with their selections. CRM Management: Keep CRM systems up to date with call logs, customer interactions, and sales tracking.
