• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst. 
• Advanced Excel skills ability to write macros is highly desirable. 
• Strong analytical capability ability to interpret data beyond basic processing. 
• Proven research skills ability to identify, locate, and analyze relevant data. 
• Prior exposure to the healthcare industry is ideal. 
• Experience in financial analysis and ability to work with financial statements. 
• Ability to prepare mid-level reports and documents summarizing research and analysis.

Core responsibilities:

• Build data cubes for residential aged care and hospitals in Australia. 
• Prepare models and financials for use in information memorandums. 
• Conduct summary financial analysis for due diligence and strategy work. 
• Develop forecasting models and other analytical tools. 
• Conduct in-depth research to locate and analyze relevant information. 
• Undertake data scraping for various business applications. 
• Provide mid-level findings reports and documents based on research and analysis. 
• Read, interpret, and analyze financial statements including Profit & Loss (P&L), 
• Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. 
• Assist in building development and financial forecast models to support business decision-making.
