Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2.5-5 years of relevant experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in commercial services, cleaning, or facilities management.
  • Commercial janitorial industry knowledge (preferred) with familiarity of professional buildings, medical offices, and commercial spaces.
  • Clear English communication: articulate, professional, and easily understood on calls; outgoing personality with strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM or spreadsheet tools: proficient in using CRMs or Excel/Google Sheets to log contact info, follow-up dates, and appointment statuses accurately.

Requirements:

  • Prospect Identification Outreach: Research and build qualified lists of commercial businesses (including corporate offices, medical facilities, and professional spaces) that are either underserved by their current cleaning provider or lack janitorial services.
  • Calling Follow-Ups: Make outbound calls (150-200 per day) to decision-makers; establish interest and schedule discovery appointments; refine call scripts and lead qualification process as needed.
  • CRM Lead Tracking: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all outreach, call notes, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Appointment Vetting & Prequalification: Ensure every appointment is high quality—properly vetted for interest, location, and decision-making authority—with a goal of booking two strong appointments per week likely to convert.

Self-Directed & Organized: Able to build and manage your own outreach lists, track progress independently, and maintain accountability without constant supervision. Thick Skin & Results-Driven: Sales-driven, confident making cold calls and handling objections; focused on booking genuinely interested, high-quality appointments - not just filling quotas. Tech-Savvy with CRM or Spreadsheet Tools: Competent in using CRMs or Excel/Google Sheets to log contact info, follow-up dates, and appointment statuses with accuracy.

Appointment Vetting & Prequalification: Ensure every appointment is high quality: properly vetted for interest, location, and decision-making authority, with a goal of booking two strong appointments per week that are likely to convert. Rejection Handling & Resilience: Engage respectfully and persistently, even in the face of rejection; maintain a positive tone and professionalism while continuing to open new opportunities. Collaboration with Field Team: Coordinate with the sales team to understand and communicate the company's unique selling points. Ensure appointment details are accurate, timely, and actionable, facilitating smooth transitions from lead generation to on-site quoting.
