  • RedHat/Linux administration and networking; troubleshooting, scripting (UNIX/Linux and Windows Batch/PowerShell), and documentation.

Job description

We are excited to announce an opening for an IT Support Engineer , a company known for its bold approach to innovation and customer-centric solutions. As an IT Support Engineer in our Managed IT Services group, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with their IT infrastructure, helping them with everything from VMware ESXi to troubleshooting network and system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration.
  • Citrix administration and Cloud Computing (Oracle Cloud preferred).
  • Windows Server (2016-2022) and Workstation (Win7-Win11).
  • RedHat/Linux administration and networking.
  • Troubleshooting, scripting (UNIX/Linux and Windows Batch/PowerShell), and documentation.
