The Role: Property Manager
This role exists to ensure the smooth and compliant management of a residential property portfolio of 100–150 units. Acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, youll be responsible for maintaining high property standards, ensuring full legal compliance, and managing all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle from rent collection to dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential property management

  • Manage a portfolio of 100–150 residential properties

  • Act as main contact for landlords and tenants, delivering professional and responsive service

  • Ensure full compliance with housing legislation and property regulations

  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments

  • Oversee rent collection and handle arrears

  • Arrange check-out inventories and assess property conditions

  • Manage deposit returns and dispute resolutions

  • Liaise with local authorities, block management companies, and solicitors

  • Prepare and issue monthly management statements to landlords
