The Role: Software Developer (Junior-level) PHP
This role is ideal for an early-career developer passionate about full-stack PHP development and excited about the evolution of intelligent virtual agents and automated customer experience platforms. You'll work across both back-end and front-end components, supporting platform builds, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with AI and automation teams to deliver robust, scalable digital experiences for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 2 to 4 years of PHP development experience into migrating, building, extending, and maintaining PHP-based platforms

• Develop web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (MySQL)

• Configure, integrate, and maintain Intelligent Virtual Agents using native tools

• Work closely with AI and automation specialists to deliver seamless omnichannel solutions

• Adhere to internal development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and infrastructure

• Contribute to documentation, system knowledge, and team collaboration

About You

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on PHP development experience

• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Solid SQL knowledge, particularly MySQL

• Familiar with Git or similar version control systems

• Experience with MVC frameworks (Laravel advantageous)

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• Exposure to state management systems is beneficial

• Comfortable with Agile/Scrum workflows

• Experience with AWS or Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) is advantageous

• Any exposure to Agentic AI, virtual assistants, or bot technologies is highly regarded

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (degree advantageous)

• Curious, self-driven, and eager to grow in a tech-forward environment

• Strong communicator with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
