The Role: Clinical Associate
This role focuses on supporting digital health solutions, empowering members, and driving better health outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams and coaches to ensure high-quality care, innovation, and exceptional service delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and support coaches on health indicators and chronic condition monitoring

  • Serve as a key contact for coaches and members, ensuring engagement and motivation

  • Monitor onboarding and usage of digital health platforms, including coaching, education, and telehealth

  • Track member engagement, flag challenges, and support continuous quality improvement

  • Assist in developing health education content, workshops, and materials

  • Coordinate rosters, performance reviews, and data reporting processes

About You

  • 2+ years experience in healthcare, public health, or digital health
