Position Overview
Were seeking a technically driven AI and Automation Expert who combines:

• Practical, full-stack development skills

• Real-world experience or exposure to AI technologies

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge strategy and execution interpreting business needs while architecting and building AI-driven systems from the ground up. Experience with AI may come from professional work, specialized courses, or personal projects.

Youll design and implement sophisticated AI solutions using:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Chatbots and conversational AI

• Generative AI platforms

Youll work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.

• Architect and build AI-powered automation platforms using full-stack development practices.

• Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, and automation tools into scalable applications.

• Design intelligent workflows and user experiences powered by AI.

• Lead collaborative initiatives with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and quality.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation trends to drive innovation.

• Ensure compliance with data security, ethical AI use, and transparency standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in full-stack development or advanced technical roles, including hands-on AI work.

• Ability to combine analytical insight with technical execution designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions.

• Experience may come from professional roles, structured learning, or independent AI projects.

• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions from concept to deployment.

Technical Skills

• Full-stack development: modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Programming: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar (Python preferred).

• AI tools: LLMs, AI APIs, chatbot development, generative AI platforms.

• Automation: workflow orchestration and intelligent automation tools.

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services.

• Proven experience integrating AI into business systems and applications.
