Danfoss is looking for a motivated and reliable university student to join our Procurement team as an Intern. In this role, you will work closely with data that supports our purchasing decisions and helps keep our activities organized and efficient. Strong technical skills — especially confidence in Microsoft Excel — will be important as you analyze supplier performance, review future demand, and prepare reports that support our daily collaboration with suppliers
This role is located in our Povazska Bystrica office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Strategic Procurement team with everyday operational tasks
- Review supplier data and evaluate how well our suppliers are performing
- Look at supplier forecasts to understand future demand and capacity
- Assist with purchasing activities, such as checking prices or helping resolve invoice issues
- Communicate with suppliers to clarify questions and keep activities on track
- Prepare analyses and reports that help the team make better sourcing decisions.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor or Master student pursuing studies in Business or a Technical field
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- A sense of responsibility and good attention to detail
- No prior experience required — we will provide full training
- Confidence in speaking and writing English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
