Deep expertise in lighting and power design, including photometric calculations, fault current analysis, 1-Line diagrams, system selection, and NEC/energy code applications.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing skills with hands-on experience in industrial projects.

Requirements:

Lead teams of 1–5 staff on large-scale commercial and industrial projects, independently managing lighting and power design including photometric calculations, fault current analysis, 1-Line diagrams, and system selection, while applying NEC and energy codes with minimal oversight.
Function as Design Lead or Engineer of Record on complex projects, including training and mentoring team members, providing technical support, reviewing and correcting construction plans, and writing specifications.
Collaborate with Architects and engineers to develop construction documents, manage project budgets, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain direct client contact.
Maintain direct client contact and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance across industrial projects.

We are seeking an experienced Engineer with broad expertise across multiple project types or deep knowledge in a specific area, capable of leading teams of 1–5 staff on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role requires independent management of lighting and power design, including photometric calculations, fault current analysis, 1-Line diagrams, and system selection, while applying NEC and energy codes with minimal oversight. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions across diverse projects are essential.

Job Duties:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineer to function as Design Lead or Engineer of Record on complex projects, including large-scale industrial assignments. The role involves training and mentoring team members, providing technical support, reviewing and correcting construction plans, and writing specifications. The Engineer will collaborate closely with Architects and engineers to develop construction documents, manage project budgets, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain direct client contact.
