Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Bot Service and Cognitive Services Configuration Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an offshore pod to configure Azure Bot Service and Cognitive Services to integrate with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Azure Active Directory. They will also be responsible for leading the team to create APIs for the Azure Bot Framework and map dialogs for different use cases. The Lead Developer will lead an offshore pod to configure Microsoft Power Automate flows with ServiceNow and Azure Cognitive Services for Language.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in Azure Bot Service and Cognitive Services configuration
Experience in configuring Azure Bot Service with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Azure Active Directory
Experience in creating APIs for Azure Bot Framework and mapping dialogs for different use cases
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure Cognitive Services for Language
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Microsoft certifications in Azure Bot Service and Cognitive Services are a plus
