Strong knowledge of ZIA, ZCC, and ZDX technologies
Experience with Zscaler API and custom reporting
Splunk experience for monitoring and analytics
Familiarity with multi-tenant cloud architecture strategy or MSSP model
Requirements:
Assist Zscaler Professional Services by conducting ZIA health checks and engineering/implementing action items from the findings
Act as the primary contact for ZIA, ZCC, and ZDX-related incidents; diagnose, troubleshoot, and drive resolution
Develop and maintain playbooks, procedures, and standards for ZIA/ZCC/ZDX troubleshooting, security incidents, and operational items (e.g., new ZIA tunnels, destination bypasses)
Author troubleshooting documentation for L1-L3 ZIA and ZCC and provide ZCC implementation review and assistance

Zscaler Internet Access Engineer Location – Remote – must be willing to work CST / MST Duration – 6 months +
Core responsibilities or deliverables:
Assist Zscaler Professional Services with conducting a ZIA health check
Primary contact for Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Client Connector, and Zscaler related incidents for troubleshooting and resolution
Engineering and implementation of action items found in ZIA health check
Creation, updates, and modifications of ZIA, ZCC, and ZDX playbooks, procedures, and standards for troubleshooting, security incidents, and standard operational items (new ZIA tunnels, destination bypasses, etc)
Authoring troubleshooting docs for L1-L3 ZIA, ZCC
ZCC implementation review and assistance
Nice to haves
Participation and review of a ZIA multi tenancy cloud architecture strategy. Today Fortive is a single tenant, but OPCO needs may require a MSSP model
Zscaler Private Access familiarity and experience
