The Project Manager will lead large SAP Ariba software implementations projects.
Someone who works on behalf of client side with the SI PM. Should be available during PST
Must have strong hands on Ariba Project Manager experience
Experience handling change management in regards to SAP programs especially
Experience with full lifecycle implementations related to ERP Implementations; ERP platform experience SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Workday or equivalent
Proven leadership experience
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Provide quality client delivery to our OCM clients
Develop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Apply a change management process and tools to create activities that maximize client adoption and usage
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
Define and implement OCM solutions in an end-to-end process area for our OCM clients
Successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, or training management
Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Background in Consulting Services, particularly in the Big 4 are plus
