  • Progress version 10.2
  • Needs to be an expert with several years of experience
  • Application using Progress is SxE Enterprise
  • DBA needs to:
  • Monitor and manage the progress environment (storage, backups, restores etc.)
  • Patch the system when applicable
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Progress environment
  • Provide L3 support to WESCO 24x7 for major incidents
