Develop and maintain Kronos integrations and reporting to support payroll and HR processes.
Analyze complex time transactions and their impact on payroll and related systems; troubleshoot issues.
Adhere to internal IT protocols for documentation, coding, testing, and production deployments; work independently.

Job Description

Minimum 7-10 years' extensive experience working with Kronos Workforce central 8.x configuration, integration, and reporting.
Subject matter expertise in time system configuration regarding pay and work rules.
In-depth experience with complex time transactions and the impacts on other areas within payroll.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must adhere to all internal IT protocols regarding documentation, coding, testing, and production deployments.
Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently a must.
