Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst) experience
Strong API experience
Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
Experience with incident management using ServiceNow and coordinating with vendors
Requirements:
Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis
Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow and track train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries
Engage vendors and coordinate with stations and client teams until incident closure
Participate in PIDS 2.0 project initiation meetings and assist in gathering requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION NEED A TECHNICAL BSA STRONG API EXP TROUBLE SHOOTING Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis - Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow tool - Track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries - Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations - Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues - Track and follow up with vendors and Client teams until completion/closure of the incidents - Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings - Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project - Work with internal Client teams through service/technical requests
