Product Designer (UI/UX Designer W/ Any Payment Platform Experience)
Location: Hybrid in either Jersey City, NJ or Toronto or Remote
Duration: 6+ Months W/ Extensions

Drive the design process from understanding and define to implementation
Passionate about simplifying complexity into intuitive design solutions
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the product discovery and delivery life cycle
Exhibits a strategic balance between immediate feature development and long-term experience vision
Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to solve problems
Adapt to an iterative design process and welcome constructive feedback
Proficient in identifying patterns and streamlining workflows
Strong background in payments with an understanding of industry trends and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the payment experience and user interface inclusive of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with attention to detail
Conduct user research, create user personas and design service design blueprints and workflows
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into a useable, valuable and feasible experiences
