Accept and handle symptom-based calls from patients/Call Center during 8am–5pm ET while working remotely
Meet daily remote triage metrics (number of triages per day) as part of performance goals
Work from home Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Comply with NYS RN license requirements and applicable cardiology triage standards during remote triage activities
