Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of multi-state payroll and tax experience
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and HR
  • Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping experience
  • ADP payroll tax application and multi-state payroll tax experience

Requirements:

  • Support day-to-day payroll operations in JDE and assist with the final rollout of the Oracle implementation
  • Process payroll using Oracle Cloud Payroll and HR, Kronos Dimensions timekeeping, and related systems
  • Administer garnishments and multi-state payroll tax compliance
  • Prepare payroll reporting and analytics to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Role: Payroll Analyst

Duration: 03 + Months

Project Location : Remote

Client: Molina Healthcare - 17319-1

 

- 100% remote position. Candidate can be located anywhere in US to qualify , but will need to be flexible to work PST hours

Must-have requirements: 8+ years Multi State payroll and tax experience, in addition to the below software/systems requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Support the payroll department through day to day JDE payroll operations and final push of Oracle implementation.

 

Payroll experience with the following applications or software:

• Oracle Cloud Payroll and HR

• Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping

• Salesforce

• Excel, intermediate to advanced expertise

• Garnishments

• ADP payroll tax application and multi state payroll tax experience

• Payroll Reporting

• JDE would be a plus (it's the legacy system Molina is retiring)
