The MSP Program Coordinator supports the administration and operational execution of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for contingent labor. This role acts as the liaison between hiring managers, staffing suppliers, HR, procurement, and finance to ensure timely requisition processing, onboarding, compliance tracking, and reporting within the Vendor Management System (VMS).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in fast-paced staffing or workforce management environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor contingent labor requisitions within the VMS (Beeline)
Coordinate job postings, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and feedback tracking
Ensure compliance with program policies, rate cards, tenure limits, and classification guidelines
Act as the point of contact for hiring managers and staffing suppliers
Monitor supplier performance metrics (fill rate, time-to-fill, quality, compliance)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and documentation
Track contractor extensions, end dates, and assignment changes
Assist with invoice reconciliation and timesheet approvals
Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and workforce analytics
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and cost savings
Must Have Requirements:
- Previous MSP experience (contingent workforce management and operational support)
- Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS), Beeline
- Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) & Vendor contracting
- Strategic Sourcing experience
- Experience with Vendor performance management
- Reporting & Dashboard experience (i.e., proficient in Excel & Power BI, experience developing and building Vendor performance scorecards, cost savings reporting).
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in MSP, staffing, RPO, HR operations, or contingent workforce programs
Experience working within a VMS platform
Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and classification standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Familiarity with SOW-based project management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise-level workforce programs
Understanding of rate card management and bill rate negotiations
Experience in healthcare, financial services, or large corporate environments
Experience with contract management/review
