Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business, engineering or related field
Significant experience in U.S. retirement industry around recordkeeping retirement plans operations and services or related experience in multiple financial services areas (e.g., wealth management, asset management, investment management, payroll management and banking)
Experience with defined contributions is a must
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment with SAFe framework experience preferred

Summary - The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Users, and cross-functional Agile teams to define business requirements and write user stories aligned with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
Participate in PI (Program Increment) Planning
Support the Agile team during iteration planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze and document business processes and workflows; identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and goals.
Assist in defining and validating solution features and capabilities during the development cycle
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in business, engineering or related field.
Significant experience in U.S. retirement industry specifically around recordkeeping retirement plans operations and services is highly preferred or related experience in more than one financial services area including wealth management, asset management, investment management, payroll management and banking.
Experience with defined contributions is a must.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment. Experience writing Features and User Stories within a SAFe framework strongly preferred.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools is a nice to have.
Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
