Description:

Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Modules with experience in configuring all core HR configurations
Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration Geography Loads Geography Structures
Experience in customization (DFF and EFF) customization of reports defining concurrent programs defining value sets defining form functions and functional setups.
Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Expertise in development implementation and customization of Workflows HCM Experience design studio Page Composer Application Composer
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages.
