Job description

Job Title              : Senior SAP security consultant
Location              :Baton Rouge , LA
Duration              :12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Security Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive SAP security solutions across modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, GRC).
Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR) and internal audit requirements.
Access Control Management: Oversee role design, user provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
Security Assessments: Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into secure SAP configurations.
Innovation & Optimization: Drive automation and continuous improvement in SAP security processes using IBM tools and methodologies.
Mentorship: Guide junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the SAP Security practice.

Required Skills & Experience

8–12 years of SAP Security experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
Deep knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, including role design and user management.
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
Familiarity with Fiori and HANA security models.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in multi-client delivery environments and global rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP certifications in Security or GRC modules.
Exposure to cloud-based SAP environments (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS).
