Key Responsibilities: • Develop copy for brand campaigns, website refresh, and digital marketing initiatives • Write member-facing content including newsletters, app copy, and promotional materials • Support luxury event and partnership content development • Collaborate with creative director and design team on integrated campaigns • Ensure brand voice consistency across all touchpoints • Adapt copy for multiple channels (social, email, web, print, events) • Mentor junior team members on luxury brand voice and tone
Required Experience: • 7+ years senior copywriting experience with luxury/premium brands • Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated tone and luxury market understanding • Experience with membership/concierge service copy preferred • Strong collaboration skills with creative and marketing teams • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Understanding of brand voice development and implementation
