Job Description: Power BI experience is required- they will be using this to create proof of concept visualizations. Mockups. Work with stakeholders to illustrate mapping between areas of NFP, without having to go through UI/UX.

Assists Engineers in debugging / troubleshooting issues involving data or the accuracy of data, in day-to-day work and production support scenarios
Researches external systems as needed to reverse engineer or understand their function through data extraction and validation
Experience:
A minium of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role
3 years of project management duties
Must have a least 3 years of Power BI experience
Strong experience in a software development environment
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools
Proven experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must as documentation and discussion facilitation are a core part of the role
Experience in product support in a professional setting
Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft products, and ServiceNow
