User Management Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a user management support specialist or in a similar role, with experience in user management, access control, technical support, and data management
  • Experience in cloud-based environments with a strong understanding of data security and governance (access control, authentication, authorization)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and its user management capabilities; familiarity with data management and analytics tools (data warehousing, BI, data science)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Requirements:

  • Onboard Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Data Ecosystem (EDE) within Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and ensure seamless user management and access control for EDE users
  • Manage user provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization for EDE users
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users, troubleshooting CP4D user management issues and data tool problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of CP4D within LM EDE

Job description


The User Management Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding of Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Data Ecosystem (EDE) within Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless user management and access control for LM EDE users, providing technical support and guidance to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of CP4D.

Desired Skills:
Experience in user management, access control, and technical support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
Strong understanding of data security and governance principles, including access control, authentication, and authorization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Knowledge of Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and its user management capabilities.
Knowledge of data management and analytics tools, such as data warehousing, business intelligence, and data science.
Experience with Service Central and/or Service Central citizen developer

Must have minimum 2 years experience as a user management support specialist or similar role, must have minimum 2 years experience in user management, access control, technical support, and data management.
