Roles & Responsibilities

Hands-on partnership marketing experience (3+ years), preferably supporting or reporting into a partnerships function
Event coordination and execution experience
Influencer and social media partnership support, including campaign execution
Exposure to luxury brands, hospitality, premium lifestyle, or concierge-style services; demonstrated coordination, project management, and reporting capabilities

Requirements:

Coordinate and execute partnership marketing initiatives, including events, influencer and social partnerships, and campaigns
Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including project planning, timelines, and performance reporting
Provide regular reporting and analytics on partnership campaigns to drive optimization and efficiency

Job description

The updated emphasis is on partnership marketing, including event coordination, influencer and social partnerships, and campaign execution, ideally with some exposure to luxury brands or premium lifestyle services. The role reports into the Partnerships Manager, and the preference is for someone who can step in with less upfront coaching on partnership mechanics.

Required role skills:

Hands-on partnership marketing experience, 3+ years preferred, ideally supporting or reporting into a partnerships function
Event coordination and execution experience
Influencer and social media partnership support, including campaign execution
Prior exposure to luxury brands, hospitality, premium lifestyle, or concierge-style services preferred
Strong coordination and project management fundamentals, as well as reporting capabilities
