Experience leading end-to-end RFPs, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders, scoring bids, and making bid award recommendations
Strong analytical and storytelling presentation skills with the ability to create PowerPoint presentations and engage with client resources, vendors, and executive staff
Lead end-to-end RFP processes: gather user needs, run RFPs, evaluate bids, score bids, and recommend awards
Collaborate with end user departments, vendors, and executive leadership to understand needs and deliver contracted solutions
Present analyses in a storytelling format and communicate findings to clients, vendor resources, and hospital executives; develop PowerPoint presentations
Indirect Spend Contracting- purchased services, food, linen, laundry, instrument repair, office supplies, office furniture, patient and employee survey services, etc.
Complex contracting category expertise – need to be comfortable understanding end user needs, collaborating with various teams to collect key needs by category, running RFPs – collaborating with vendors, end user departments, scoring bids, making bid award recommendations etc.
Comfortable completing analysis of bids, opportunities to maximize contracted categories, healthcare or hospital contracting experience extremely helpful 5-7 years of complex contracting experience required to be successful
Ability to present analysis in a storytelling format, complete PowerPoint presentations, comfortable interacting with client resources, vendor resources, and executive staff at the hospital
