Requirements:

  • Design and conduct AB tests using Adobe Target; develop test plans, define success metrics, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the AB test lifecycle to ensure validity and reliability of results.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure tests are properly designed, executed, and analyzed.
  • Apply web analytics and data analytics methods to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

-Design and conduct AB tests using Adobe Test & Target. Develop test plans, define success metrics, analyze and transform raw data into actionable insights, and communicate test results to stakeholders

-Monitor tests throughout lifecycle to ensure testing validity

-Partner with product managers, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to ensure tests are designed and analyzed properly

-Great communication

-Good to have Strong mathematics, statistics background

-Good to have Experience using project management tools like those from Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
