  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and remove impediments
  • Collaborate with Salesforce product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of the backlog
  • Monitor sprint progress, report status, and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce-related initiatives
