Strong Java development skills
Experience with production/on-call support and familiarity with incident/problem/change/defect management

Develop and maintain Java-based solutions for Policy Admin product systems in P&C insurance, including production/on-call support
Read and analyze system logs and web service calls; diagnose issues
Participate in incident/problem/change/defect management activities using relevant tools
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and communicate with clients and business users
