Responsibilities :

• 6 to 10 years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations
• Candidate must have recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff. Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT,
• As well as projects and programs that involve external providers.
• Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financials
• Possess excellent communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.

Optional
Specific experience as it relates to required and desired skills Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology.

• MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tool MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
• PMP Preferred but not required; SAFe Scrum Master or CSM desired

Implements Mandate projects to ensure BSC is compliant with regulations, laws, and national association requirements.
