Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation within SFMC and Data Views
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SSJS for email customization
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating SFMC with external systems

Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SFMC automations, journeys, and email templates
  • Build and optimize personalized customer journeys and content blocks
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and analytics teams to implement data-driven campaigns
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor deliverability, and ensure best practices for email campaigns
