Sr Business systems analyst

Immediate Need
Position: Sr Business systems analyst
Location: Remote

Mandatory - PAL experience and 2 Years State of california experience

Responsibilities:

* Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings with diverse stakeholders, both program/business and IT

* Take initiative, ask questions, research similar work products

* Draft PAL work products (processes, requirements, PM plans, SOWs)

* Review with client and control agencies as needed

* Follow-up with client for updates and additional info to fill gaps

* Communicate weekly with HCG Account Lead on tasks/progress

Required Qualifications:

* 5-7 years IT process/requirements experience

* 2 years State of CA consulting experience

* 1 year developing IT procurement documents

* Keywords: PAL, Stage 2, Stage 3, procurement, RFP, FSR

* Strong virtual communication skills

* Able to work independently, unafraid to reach out with questions
