  • Relational database experience to support data-driven SharePoint solutions.
  • MS InfoPath, MS Power Automate Flow, and MS Power Automate Forms: create and maintain dynamic forms and workflows (including multiple views and user-driven behavior).
  • Migration, maintenance, enhancements, and implementation of new processes; apply project management skills to drive initiatives.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced SharePoint Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and administration, with a focus on creating and managing dynamic forms and workflows. This role will involve maintaining our current tools, adding enhancements, and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Web Development : Experience in configuring web parts, app parts, and filter parts on SharePoint websites.
  • SharePoint : Site administration, creating and managing groups, permissions, and related lists.
  • Relational Database : Experience with relational databases.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills.
  • MS InfoPath : Creating and maintaining forms, managing multiple views in a given form, and creating dynamic forms based on user input and/or user id.
  • MS Power Automate Flow : Writing and maintaining solutions, parsing and using data returned from child flows, and passing parameters.
  • MS Power Automate Forms : Creating and maintaining forms, and creating dynamic forms based on user input and/or user id.

Additional Duties:

  • Migration : Some of the work will involve migrating from old systems to new ones.
  • Maintenance and Enhancement : The majority of the work will involve maintaining the current tool, adding enhancements, and implementing new processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS InfoPath, MS Power Automate Flow, and MS Power Automate Forms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
