Role: Senior Payroll Solutions Consultant
Location: Remote

Basic US Payroll Knowledge
  • Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant with advanced proficiency in UKG READY (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) HR Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading current state assessments, identifying customer requirements, and defining business solutions. They will have a strong background in payroll compliance and taxes, capable of creating detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user training materials. This role requires a professional who can handle escalated issues, tailor solutions to client needs, analyze complex data, and provide thought leadership to improve processes. A consulting background, strong project and time management skills, and familiarity with HR Benefits and TLM are highly desirable. The consultant should be able to identify customer needs and guide them towards professional resources when necessary.

    Team / Reporting Structure Context: This role is within the Business & Technology Integration practice, focusing on delivering high-impact payroll solutions for clients. The consultant will be responsible for leading payroll initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams, while also providing mentorship to other consultants.
