Detailed Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant with advanced proficiency in UKG READY (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) HR Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading current state assessments, identifying customer requirements, and defining business solutions. They will have a strong background in payroll compliance and taxes, capable of creating detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, and user training materials. This role requires a professional who can handle escalated issues, tailor solutions to client needs, analyze complex data, and provide thought leadership to improve processes. A consulting background, strong project and time management skills, and familiarity with HR Benefits and TLM are highly desirable. The consultant should be able to identify customer needs and guide them towards professional resources when necessary.
