Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Clarity, SharePoint, MS Office (including Excel) and Jira; knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting guidelines and practices, and SDLC.
  • Experience in contract management, vendor invoice processing, renewals and payments; onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills: compiling, consolidating, and standardizing large datasets from multiple sources; interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support business planning and related processes; maintain finance-related records.

Requirements:

  • Support the DSS Planning Support Team in effective planning, execution and monitoring of platform-related activities, including workforce and financial tracking and reconciliation.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, renewals and payments; ensure invoices are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources, summarize findings, and communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain initiative financial records, manage purchase orders (POs) and SOWs/contracts, and provide periodic financial status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Support the Digital, Sales & Service Business (DSS) Planning & Support Team in effective planning, execution and monitoring of the platform related activities.
  • Project Specialists will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and adherence to the activities and deliverables listed below.
  • Works directly with leadership, team leaders, and other stakeholders to execute business planning and support processes and initiatives for DSS Platform including but not limited to workforce and financial tracking and reconciliation.
  • Supports contract management, resource onboarding and offboarding, and invoice management.
  • Works with large amount of data compiling, consolidating and standardizing from different sources.
  • Performs data analysis, interprets data, and summarizes and effectively communicates analysis output, with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Well versed with Clarity, Sharepoint, MS Office suite, Jira, financial forecasting, accounting guidelines and practices, SDLC.
  • Maintain records of all initiative and platform-related financial documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between finance teams, platform leaders/managers, and other stakeholders for finance related queries.
  • Oversee the review and approval of vendor invoices and track payments.
  • Review and manage vendor contracts renewals and ensure vendors submit invoices on time with accurate details and amount.
  • Ensure time allocation of employees and contractors involved in the initiative in Clarity by working with platform leaders and associated managers.
  • Track and monitor cost of employees, contractors, software and hardware involved in the initiative.
  • Assist in finalizing financials at the close of the initiative, including final invoice submissions, reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Provide financial status updates and summaries to key stakeholders at requested intervals.
  • Creation, management, monitoring, extend purchase orders, SOWs / contracts of the initiatives assigned or work with platform leader(s) to enable the same.
