Job description

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Secondary Market Assistant to assist with the secondary functions of a mortgage company. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Secondary Market Manager, the job responsibilities of the Secondary Market Assistant position include, but are not limited, to the following:

Assist Secondary Marketing with locking loans, which includes but not limited to locking loans, extending locks, updating locks;
Data Entry;
Various Post Closing and Final Doc upload and input;
Data entry of purchase advices and warehouse settlement sheets;
Review HUDs;
Help manage escrow advance and interim servicing.
