We are now assisting a
U.S.-based company in expanding their product team with a
UX Engineer / Front-end Engineer (React.js).
🔧 What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain
React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.
Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end-users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.
Participate in code reviews, supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.
Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
🎯 Must-Haves
Solid experience with
React.js and
UX practices.
Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.
Some experience with .NET.
English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

Experience in UX/UI environments, directly collaborating on usability and design projects.
Previous work in digital agencies or design-focused consultancies.
