About The Role
DexCare is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and provide product leadership. You will set the vision for a complex problem space based on deep understanding of user and business needs, as well as industry trends. If you can speak to technical, clinical, and operational audiences and clearly articulate DexCare’s value proposition and solution offerings; and you are looking to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, look no further!
What You'll Do:Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and the unique requirements of healthcare lifecyclesCollaborate with teams across departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations, to deliver innovative, high-impact productsDrive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilitiesEstablish, maintain, and lead cross-functional communication and collaboration processes within the organizationAct as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and drive product improvementsMaintain a strong understanding of consumer needs, and market trends to inform product strategies and decision-makingWhat You'll Bring:8+ years of product manager experienceExperience with healthcare technologyExperience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologiesProven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of patient, provider, and facility lifecycles.Experience in establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of product strategies.Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives.Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.DexCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer
