  • Lead a distributed development team, manage software development projects and implement enterprise-level IT systems
  • Manage the process of development, testing and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operation
  • Manage the product lifecycle and roadmap, develop proposals for the formation of a product development strategy and use of technical resources of existing solutions
  • Interact with suppliers and contractors (partners), negotiate and coordinate work, and support sales in customization requirements

What you will do
  • Leading a distributed development team, managing software development projects and implementing enterprise-level IT systems
  • Manage the process of development, testing and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operation
  • Manage the product life cycle and roadmap, develop proposals for the formation of a product development strategy, development plan and use of technical resources of existing solutions
  • Analyzing customer needs, aligning development plans with technical capabilities and available resources
  • Interaction with suppliers and contractors (partners), negotiations with contractors, coordination and control of work
  • Further support of the sales department in the development and launch of external customers' requirements for product customization (currently the product is internal, with plans for a global launch)

  • Qualifications and experience needed
  • Technical background in software development, SDLC methodology, software development practices, CI/CD & QA processes
  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial IT projects as a system project manager, development team lead role
  • At least 3 years of management experience (processes, projects, or teams)
  • Experience with contractors’ negotiation and coordination
  • Experience with budget and resources planning execution
  • Experience with product lifecycle and roadmap management
  • Experience with communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with decision making, conflict resolution, risk management
  • Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance
  • Experience with RFP and RFI, development and implementation of system integration and solution architecture, development of technical specifications for projects
  • Knowledge within the telecom domain (preferred)
