Job description

Our client is looking for a CRM Specialist (User Experience Specialist) responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing in-app messages, push notifications, tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience for new and existing users.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience.
