  • Apply light retouching, web-ready cropping, and natural color correction techniques across product flats, model shots, and lifestyle content
  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative materials and crop photos accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-brand designs and support asset development for ads, social media, email, and landing pages

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative photo editor who will support our clients in managing and enhancing their brands' visual content. You'll be part of a dynamic startup team of passionate professionals who value innovation, growth, and collaboration.

Core Tasks

  • Handle the post-production of a high volume of visual assets weekly
  • Apply light retouching, web-ready cropping, and natural color correction techniques
  • Edit various image formats: product flats, model shots, and lifestyle content
  • Deliver fast, high-quality edits with strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative materials
  • Crop photos accurately and consistently – this is one of the most critical parts of the role
  • Support creative asset development for ads, social media, email, display, and landing pages
  • Refine existing assets through cropping, resizing, overlays, and platform-specific adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-brand, visually appealing designs
     

Must Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio highlighting modern, minimal, and professional designs
  • Expertise in photo retouching, color correction, and working within brand guidelines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong grasp of color theory and branding fundamentals
  • Proven ability to handle large batches of creative work in a fast-paced setting while upholding brand standards
  • Familiar with tools like Asana, Dropbox, and Slack
  • Excellent communication, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for quality
  • Availability to work on PST time zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
     

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience with apparel brands or e-commerce product design
