πŸ’Ό What You’ll Be Doing

Core Operational Responsibilities

  • Take meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings

  • Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, meeting prep, and task reminders

  • Organize project plans: tag stakeholders, request missing info, prioritize, and ensure execution

  • Check in regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights

  • Join meetings to take notes and stay informed on project progress

  • Ensure all deliverables and action items are completed on time

  • Automate manual data tasks to make reporting more efficient

  • Capture action items, assign tasks in the PM tool, and ensure completion

Data & Privacy

  • Maintain documentation of data shared with partners

  • File privacy forms and assist with annual privacy checks

  • Manage ad hoc data exports and dashboard updates

  • Perform data QA and assist with manual data tasks from platforms like Facebook and Tableau

Creative & Regulatory Support

  • Submit tickets to compliance teams

  • Collaborate with external creative teams to circulate campaigns for stakeholder review

  • Organize and manage hundreds of projects and creative timelines

  • Support regulatory audit deadlines (MRA)

Partner Enablement

  • Liaise with partners such as Google and Facebook to translate technical info for internal teams

  • Partner with legal, compliance, and privacy teams to review contracts and onboard partners

  • Manage internal communication to ensure stakeholders have accurate info on model deployment

  • Meet deadlines for model documentation and maintenance

  • 4+ years of project management experience

  • Proven ability to manage hundreds of projects across a large organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Ability to manage project work streams from start to finish

  • Comfortable adapting to different tools and working autonomously after training

  • Ability to work PST hours


⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background or experience in Finance

  • Experience in Marketing / Performance Marketing

  • 2+ years of Excel or Google Sheets experience (basic to intermediate)

  • 2+ years using ClickUp or similar project management tools
