Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting.

Salary Range: up to 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

• Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
• Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
• Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed) - client to provide templates
• Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
• Escalating issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation and / or deliverables
• Facilitation of contract closing
• Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influences can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
• QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
• Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needed

• 2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with AspireIQ, GRIN, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets
• Familiarity with Notion (preferred) or a similar task management platform
• Ability to work CST
