🔥 What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

As our Google Ads Specialist, you’ll independently manage and optimize high-performing campaigns across multiple clients. Your day-to-day will include:

🔹 Optimize Google Ads campaigns using ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics
🔹 Manage and improve performance for Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, and Video campaigns
🔹 Monitor analytics to identify challenges and proactively report insights to the client
🔹 Adjust campaigns based on client directives and performance goals
🔹 Apply SEO best practices to optimize keywords
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect creative assets and ad content
🔹 Communicate via Slack, video calls, email, and project management tools
🔹 Perform keyword optimizations and maintain reporting dashboards

You’ll be the go-to expert for actionable improvements that drive client success.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years professional experience in Google Ads (Paid Search)

  • Strong experience with SEMrush

  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)

  • Experience managing multiple clients or campaigns (agency background preferred)


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok Ads

  • Basic Microsoft Ads experience

  • Basic landing page optimization (copy or structure)

  • Experience improving ad copy performance
