Job description

 GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing project Assistant to support day-to-day project and data operations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, managing stakeholder communications, and keeping projects on track. You’ll play a key part in making sure the team has the data and insights needed to make informed decisions.

Salary : 75,000 - 85,000 PHP 

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily operations including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination.
     
  • Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
     
  • Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders.
     
  • Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs.
     
  • Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity.
     
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
     
  • Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple tasks.
     
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
     
  • Able to work PST hours.
     

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with data manipulation or advanced Excel functions.
