Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can own analytics and reporting end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into transactional data, asking the right questions, and turning complex business requirements into clean, actionable insights.

You’ll become a subject-matter expert on our operational data, building dashboards and reports in Omni (a Looker-like BI tool), supporting leadership, internal teams, and customers with reliable insights that directly influence business decisions.

Salary Range: PHP 100,000 starting salary per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Become an SME on the existing database and table structures to support ad-hoc and ongoing analytical needs

• Work with rich operational datasets, including transactional tables, pre-aggregated summaries, and denormalized reporting views

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Omni (or similar BI tools)

• Own new reporting requests end-to-end—clarifying requirements, selecting the right analytical approach, and updating existing dashboards

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all reports and visualizations

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights

• Write and update SOPs, guides, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3+ years experience with BI tools (Looker, Omni, Mode, Metabase, Sigma) building and maintaining dashboards

• 2+ years of intermediate SQL experience (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)

• Proven data visualization skills and portfolio of work

• Client-facing experience with professional written communication

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Systems-minded thinker who can quickly learn new tools

• Experience analyzing/reporting on large datasets from multiple sources

• Experience with AI tools or prompt-based problem-solving

• Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack

• Ability to work PST hours (9am–5pm PT)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Troubleshooting table structures or indexes for downstream reporting issues

• Background in logistics or construction industries
